The creative business platform

From first hello to final frame one unbroken story.

Five apps built inside a working studio — the CRM, the call sheet, the cull, the cut, and the review room — welded to one client record. Nothing re-typed. Nothing lost between tools. Nothing standing between you and the work.

The road begins below
The family

Five chapters. One chronicle.

Every client engagement moves through the same arc — inquiry, booking, the shoot, the cull, the cut, review, delivery, payment. We built one application for each act, sharing one account and one client record. Buy one. Buy all five. The story stays unbroken.

The business

Studio

The journey

One client. Eight acts. Zero re-typing.

Keep scrolling, and follow a single client record through the whole studio — no exports, no re-keying, no copy-paste between five apps that were built to be one.

  1. Studio

    Inquiry

A lead form or booking page creates the client in your pipeline — context attached from the first hello.

  2. Studio

    Booking

Proposal, e-signed contract, Stripe deposit. The engagement is real, and the record shows it.

  3. CallBoard

    Production

The booking becomes a shoot day: smart blocks, call sheets, releases, live crew status.

  4. Darkroom

    Culling

Thousands of RAW frames come home. Darkroom culls to the keepers — rated, edited, ready to proof.

  5. Cutroom

    The cut

Footage lands in Cutroom: silences trimmed, captions written, a rough cut assembled inside Resolve.

  6. Post-Production

    Review

Cuts and selects reach the review room — timecoded notes, version compare, per-reviewer sign-off.

  7. Studio

    Delivery

Approved work ships through a branded gallery on the same client's record.

  8. Studio

    Payment

The final invoice reconciles, the stamp goes on, and the finance hub keeps score.

Better together

One account. One client record.
The whole story.

Most studios stitch their business together from tools that have never met — and every seam is a place where a client detail gets lost. Chronicles is built as a family around one shared record. Hover or tap an application to see what flows through it.

One client record Shared · never re-typed Studio The business CallBoard The shoot day Darkroom The photo lane Cutroom The edit bay Post-Production The review room

The record is the platform. The inquiry that lands in Studio becomes the booking, the shoot day, the review workspace, the gallery, and the paid invoice — one arc, no exports.

"Software for creative businesses is usually built by people who have never waited on a late deposit or re-sent a call sheet at midnight. Ours is built inside a working studio — and it shows in the details."

Choose your road

Start where it hurts. Grow when it pays.

You don't buy a platform — you fix the thing that's costing you nights and weekends, then add the next app when the work calls for it. Three roads most studios take:

The solo photographer

Shoot. Cull. Get paid.

"I spend more evenings on admin and culling than I ever do behind the camera."

  • Studio Starter — contracts, invoices, and the client portal handle the admin
  • Darkroom Essentials — cull at full speed, proof, and deliver to a branded gallery
  • One client record from inquiry to gallery — nothing re-typed

$37/mo Replaces 3–4 separate tools

The whole chronicle

Every act. Every client.

"We shoot photo and video. I want one login, one client record, and zero exports between tools."

  • All five applications on their recommended tiers
  • Photo lane and video lane feeding one delivery gallery
  • One invoice, one support team, one story per client

$157/mo Every act covered

Build it your way

Every road starts with the same 14-day free trial — full features, no card. Prices shown are the same live ladders the checkout uses; swap tiers any time and Stripe prorates the difference.

Trust & security

Your business, isolated by design

Workspace isolation

Every workspace is partitioned at the database-rules layer — reads and writes are verified server-side against your workspace identity on every request, not filtered in the interface. Another tenant's data isn't hidden from you; it's unreachable.

Abuse-resistant by default

Public surfaces — signup, booking, forms, this site's contact form — are bot-protected with app attestation and server-side rate limits, so your client-facing pages stay clean and your inbox stays real.

Audited support

When our support team assists inside your workspace, access is scoped read-only, brokered per session, and written to an audit trail. Every privileged platform action leaves a record — that's a rule we apply to ourselves first.

Payments by Stripe

Subscriptions and your client payments run on Stripe — card data never touches our servers, and payouts land in your own connected account.

Your data stays yours

We don't sell, share, or mine your client data. Cancel and your workspace goes read-only with export available — deleting your history is never a billing outcome.

Status in the open

Platform health is published at our public status page. When something's degraded, you hear it from us, not from a client.

Your next client is
a story waiting to start.

Open your workspace tonight, send your first contract tomorrow. Fourteen days, every feature, no card — and if it's not your road, your data walks out the door with you.
