CallBoard picks the booking up as a production: schedule blocks, call sheets, talent releases, and day-of verification — then hands the wrapped day downstream.
Darkroom culls and edits the RAW take: rated selects and finished photos flow straight into the client's delivery gallery — no re-import, no second catalog of who booked what.
Cutroom turns footage into a rough cut inside Resolve — silence-trimmed, captioned, chaptered — then sends the timeline to Post-Production for review on the same record.
Post-Production reviews what the cull and the cut produced: versioned files, timecoded notes, per-reviewer approval — and the sign-off flows back to the gallery and final invoice in Studio.

Public surfaces — signup, booking, forms, this site's contact form — are bot-protected with app attestation and server-side rate limits, so your client-facing pages stay clean and your inbox stays real.
Audited support
