Proposal, e-signed contract, Stripe deposit. The engagement is real, and the record shows it.
The booking becomes a shoot day: smart blocks, call sheets, releases, live crew status.
Cuts land in the review room — timecoded notes, version compare, per-reviewer sign-off.
Approved work ships through a branded gallery on the same client's record.
The final invoice reconciles, the stamp goes on, and the finance hub keeps score.

Most studios stitch their business together from tools that have never met — and every seam is a place where a client detail gets lost. Chronicles is built as a family around one shared record. Hover or tap an application to see what flows through it.
The record is the platform. The inquiry that lands in Studio becomes the booking, the shoot day, the review workspace, the gallery, and the paid invoice — one arc, no exports.
"Software for creative businesses is usually built by people who have never waited on a late deposit or re-sent a call sheet at midnight. Ours is built inside a working studio — and it shows in the details."
Every workspace is partitioned at the database-rules layer — reads and writes are verified server-side against your workspace identity on every request, not filtered in the interface. Another tenant's data isn't hidden from you; it's unreachable.
Public surfaces — signup, booking, forms, this site's contact form — are bot-protected with app attestation and server-side rate limits, so your client-facing pages stay clean and your inbox stays real.
When our support team assists inside your workspace, access is scoped read-only, brokered per session, and written to an audit trail. Every privileged platform action leaves a record — that's a rule we apply to ourselves first.
Subscriptions and your client payments run on Stripe — card data never touches our servers, and payouts land in your own connected account.
We don't sell, share, or mine your client data. Cancel and your workspace goes read-only with export available — deleting your history is never a billing outcome.
Platform health is published at our public status page. When something's degraded, you hear it from us, not from a client.
