Signing up creates your workspace on a 14-day trial — no credit card required to start. Each application carries one trial per organization: if you cancel and come back later, you subscribe directly rather than re-trialing. When the trial ends, you pick a plan; your data waits for you either way.
Subscriptions are billed by Stripe, monthly or annually — annual pricing works out to roughly two months free. Each app is its own subscription item on one Stripe customer, so adding CallBoard or Post-Production later is a proration, not a new checkout. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and plan changes from the billing portal inside your workspace.
Your workspace goes read-only for a retention window instead of vanishing: you can still see everything and export your data, you just can't create new records on the cancelled app. Reactivating picks up where you left off. Deleting your data is never an automatic consequence of a billing event.

No. Plans are priced by workspace and team, never by how many clients you serve. The only per-transaction cost is on client payments you collect through Stripe Connect: standard Stripe processing plus a small platform fee that decreases with plan tier.
No — the apps are independent by construction. A subscription to one grants nothing on (and costs nothing for) the others. Shared identity and shared client records are free properties of the family; you pay only for the apps you actually run.
Move up a tier from inside your workspace — Stripe prorates the difference immediately. Storage can also be extended with a pooled extra-storage add-on without changing plans. Hitting a limit never blocks access to existing work; it only pauses creating more until you decide.
