What it does
Inside Studio
Studio is the business layer of Chronicles. It is where a client is first written down, and where the story is closed when the last invoice is paid.
Pipeline and client records
Every inquiry lands in a pipeline with real stages. Each client keeps their projects, conversations, documents and payment history under one name.
Forms and booking pages
Publish lead forms and booking pages with your real availability. A new request arrives as a client and a project, not an orphaned email.
Proposals, contracts and signatures
Send a proposal, turn it into a contract, and collect signatures. Who signed what, and when, stays on the record.
Invoices and payments
Deposits, installment plans and late-fee policy are built in. Payments run on Stripe into your own connected account; card details never touch our servers.
Pages for clients
Clients review and sign contracts, approve estimates and pay invoices on pages that carry your studio's name, opened from a secure link.
Galleries
Password-protected galleries for each client, available as an add-on to any Studio plan.
Roles for the whole team
Owners, admins, members and bookkeepers each see what their role allows. Access is checked on the server, not just hidden in the menu.
Automations and integrations
From the Studio plan up: automations, text reminders, reports, and connections to QuickBooks and Zapier.
AI that drafts, never decides
Email drafts and meeting preparation are suggestions. You read them, change them and decide what is sent.

Prices are per workspace, not per client or per booking. Client payments collected through Studio carry standard Stripe processing plus a small platform fee that falls as the plan rises.
