What it does
Inside CallBoard
CallBoard picks up where the booking ends. It is built for the day itself: who is coming, when, what they need, and what they have agreed to.
Time-block scheduling
Lay out the day as blocks — setup, interviews, b-roll, wrap — and keep the whole crew on one version of the plan.
Printable call sheets
The schedule becomes a clean call sheet, ready to send or print.
Talent intake by link
Talent open a project link in any browser and complete their details. No account, no password reset, no app.
Releases and guardian consent
Model and talent releases are signed electronically, and minors' releases collect a guardian's consent.
Dietary notes
Each person's dietary needs travel with them to the catering list.
Broadcast updates
Send an update to everyone on the call list at once when the plan changes.
Rescheduling and day briefs
On Production Pro and up: rescheduling tools, and AI day briefs that summarise the plan for the crew.
Archive on wrap
On Production Pro and up: archive a finished production to Google Drive.
For larger organisations
The Organization plan adds a volunteers module and a finance centre.

CallBoard plans
CallBoard has its own plans for production offices. Studios that only need call sheets and releases can add a smaller CallBoard bundle to a Studio plan instead.
